The candidate will work with the partners in the ETA group and other attorneys in the firm on a wide variety of transactions including advertising, marketing, licensing, branding, promotions, endorsement, sponsorship, and media production deals for established companies and start-up ventures. Should have experience in advertising transactions (including representation of ad agencies, major brands, content creators, producers, studios, media and tech platforms and data licensors), legal and regulatory compliance counseling (in regard to marketing, advertising and privacy, and including sweepstakes, contests and promotions) and other transactional entertainment-related work (content licensing, talent and production agreements). Should have 3-6 years of experience for the firm's internationally-recognized Entertainment, Technology and Advertising (ETA) Practice Group in the Century City office (San Francisco and New York also considered).
