Duties

• Collaborate with experienced franchise lawyers on client matters.
• Engage in direct client contact from the outset.
• Draft and analyze franchise and business documents.
• Participate in mentorship programs with seasoned attorneys.

Requirements

• Four or more years of corporate and/or franchise experience.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills.
• Admitted to practice law in Minnesota.
• Experience with general franchise and business matters preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
