Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including health care agreements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in health care and corporate matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of corporate and transactional experience.
• Knowledge of or experience with health care or nonprofit entities desired.
• Exceptional research and writing skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience with direct client contact.
• Must be admitted to practice in MN (or eligible).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
