Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their Project Development and Finance Practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have experience in project development and/or finance, preferably at a large national or international firm.

Duties

  • Assist in structuring and executing complex project finance transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address potential transaction pitfalls.
  • Work with lenders and sponsors to maximize transaction value and security.
  • Contribute to the successful syndication of transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with project development and/or finance preferred.
  • Background in a large national or international firm is advantageous.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
