A law firm seeks an Of Counsel or Associate Attorney with two to seven years of experience to join the Healthcare and Insurance Division in Minneapolis, MN. Duties

• Provide transactional and regulatory counsel to healthcare providers and insurance companies.
• Advise on matters involving health plans, medical devices, and pharmaceutical companies.
• Engage in regulatory and transactional work with health information technology companies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a law firm or related regulatory agency.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance law is essential.
• Active license in Minnesota or eligibility to waive into practice.
• Exceptional academic performance.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active legal license in Minnesota or ability to obtain one.
