Healthcare and Insurance Transactional Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Healthcare and Insurance Division in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to provide transactional and regulatory counsel to a diverse range of clients, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other regulated industries.

Duties

• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance.
• Advise on entity selection, formation, and business succession planning.
• Engage in private equity and investment financing transactions.
• Identify and integrate regulatory considerations in healthcare and insurance transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in regulated industries.
• Active license in Minnesota or eligibility to waive into practice.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active legal license in Minnesota.
