Transactional Associate Attorney

Duties

• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise various contracts, including class action settlement agreements.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise class action notices, claim forms, and related documents.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise motions for approval of class action settlements.
• Monitor class action administrators to ensure compliance with court instructions.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission to the California bar.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Positive attitude and interest in joining a successful and collegial team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission or pending admission.
