Duties

• Represent policyholders in insurance coverage and recovery disputes

• Participate in discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert coordination
• Assist with negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and litigation planning
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining regular communication with clients

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in insurance policyholder work, or relevant experience combined with a federal judicial clerkship
• Experience in a law firm environment, handling litigation matters
• Strong academic background from a reputable law school
• Ability to manage multiple litigation tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in insurance coverage litigation and policyholder representation

Education and Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in California or eligibility for admission
