Duties

  • Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using available resources and technology.
  • Manage digitalization efforts, including automation and data capture.
  • Support the firm's data strategy by tracking and utilizing practice content.
  • Integrate technology, including generative AI, into legal practices.
  • Develop client-facing solutions to share data and insights.
  • Create and automate knowledge and precedent libraries.
  • Evaluate and improve legal service delivery through data analysis and trend monitoring.
  • Educate legal professionals on technology and client solutions.
  • Develop case studies and innovation materials for business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in litigation, regulatory, transactional, or legislative policy.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse variables.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
