Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Professional Liability Attorney to join its Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation, to support a dynamic professional liability practice.

Duties

• Collaborate with trial lawyers in defending insurance agents, real estate professionals, directors, officers, and other licensed professionals sued for professional negligence.
• Engage in meaningful client interaction and contribute to practice growth.
• Participate in team-based, collaborative litigation efforts.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
