Duties

  • Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and motion practice.

Requirements

  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation or related civil litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of California labor and employment law, including FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, and wage and hour regulations.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • California State Bar membership.
