Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Attorney to join its national commercial real estate lending practice in Hartford, CT. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for two days of remote work per week.

Duties

• Represent lenders in commercial real estate transactions.
• Handle transactions across various asset classes, including office, multi-family, retail, and hospitality.
• Manage structured debt and secondary market transactions.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Experience in lender representation across all asset classes.
• Knowledge of New York governing law, particularly New York lien law.
• Admission to the NY and CT bar preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Connecticut and New York preferred.

Skills

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in handling complex real estate transactions.
