Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney for its Real Estate Finance Group in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents, conducting due diligence, and overseeing closings, including title, survey, and organizational documents. Familiarity with mezzanine lending is desirable. Candidates with PA, NY, and/or CT Bar admissions are welcome.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents.
• Conduct related due diligence.
• Oversee closings, including title and survey.
• Manage organizational documents.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience.
• State Bar Admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in PA, NY, and/or CT.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in conducting due diligence.
• Ability to manage complex closings.
