Duties

  • Provide high-level legal services in business law or a related practice area

  • Maintain and expand a personal book of business

  • Deliver value-driven solutions to clients across diverse industries

  • Collaborate with partners to grow and enhance the firm's service offerings

  • Engage in business development initiatives and contribute to firm-wide strategy

  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s professional development culture

  • Uphold a client-first, collegial, and team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful legal practice and client service

  • Demonstrated business development experience

  • Established and portable book of business

  • Ability to integrate into a collaborative law firm environment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Bachelor's degree

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts (required)
