Duties:

  • Handle cases related to commercial and residential foreclosures.
  • Manage bankruptcy matters and lender liability defense.
  • Conduct commercial collections and negotiate workouts.
  • Provide clients with legal advice and strategic guidance.
  • Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
  • Conduct research and analysis on relevant legal matters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation and creditors' rights.
  • Licensed attorney in the state of New York.
  • Proficient in legal research and negotiation.
  • Ability to handle a range of complex legal matters independently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of New York.

Certifications:

  • New York State Bar Admission (active and in good standing).
