Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Environmental and Natural Resources Attorney in San Diego, California. The position requires 6-8 years of experience in environmental law, including litigation compliance and regulatory issues. Duties

  • Manage all phases of environmental, toxic tort, and habitability litigation.
  • Conduct case management, motion practice, and discovery.
  • Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development.

Requirements

  • Experience with Clean Water Act, Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Endangered Species Act, CERCLA, RCRA, and related regulations.
  • Land use experience is a plus.
  • Distinguished academic background and impeccable references.
  • CA Bar admission required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • California Bar admission.
