The attorney will collaborate across various offices and departments, reporting to the Managing Director of Practice Innovation.

Duties

  • Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using available resources and technology.
  • Support digitalization efforts, including automation and data management.
  • Integrate technology, such as generative AI, into legal practices.
  • Manage technology rollouts and promote adoption within business units.
  • Develop client-facing solutions and improve collaboration platforms.
  • Create and maintain knowledge libraries and databases for practice content.
  • Evaluate and improve legal service delivery through data analysis and market trends.
  • Educate legal professionals on technology and practice content to enhance services.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a litigation or IP attorney in a large law firm.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications in legal services.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
