Duties

• Focus on pre-litigation cases.
• Handle and develop strategies for personal injury cases.

• Examine legal and medical data to determine insurance coverage, liability, and damages.
• Conduct research and guide clients in preparation for case-related events.
• Develop settlement brochures and arguments for case presentation.
• Ensure legal compliance with disbursements and settlement funds.
• Utilize available technology effectively.
• Build relationships with professionals in the community.
• Travel is required.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited college or university.
• NC State Bar membership required; additional State Bar memberships a plus.
• 0 to 5 years of experience handling NC personal injury cases.
• Litigation experience a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Membership in the NC State Bar.
