Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Seattle, WA office. The successful candidate will engage in complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts across the United States, and potentially before the PTAB or ITC.

Duties

• Conduct written discovery.
• Prepare invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions.
• Draft briefs and legal documents.
• Conduct depositions.
• Collaborate with experts.
• Prepare for trials.
• Engage in appellate work.

Requirements

• Four to six years of IP litigation attorney experience.
• Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of residency.

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in managing complex litigation matters.
