Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its Seattle, WA office. The successful candidate will work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts across the United States.

Duties

• Conduct written discovery.
• Prepare invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions.
• Engage in brief writing.
• Conduct depositions.
• Collaborate with experts.
• Participate in trial preparation.
• Engage in appellate work.

Requirements

• Two to four years of IP litigation attorney experience.
• Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of residency.
