Job Overview

A law firm seeks a high-performing litigation associate to join its growing office in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes and demonstrated litigation experience in the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware.

Duties

• Handle complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting.
• Litigate cases in the Court of Chancery of Delaware.
• Manage cases in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents and correspondence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Admitted to practice in the State of Delaware.
• Strong academic background.
• Superior writing skills.
• Excellent research and communication abilities.
• Strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
