Duties:

• Ensure compliance with all legal documentation and procedures
• Maintain and foster strong client relationships by providing clear communication and updates on legal proceedings
• Explain complex legal processes and concepts to clients
• Collaborate with legal team members while managing projects independently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workers’ compensation law
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and case management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of confidentiality and legal ethics
• Strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
