Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Lending Associate in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, with experience in real estate and/or C&I lending, and a proven track record of representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions.

Duties

  • Represent lenders in secured transactions.

  • J.D. degree and membership in the applicable state Bar.
  • Three or more years of commercial lending experience.
  • Licensed to practice law in the applicable state.
