Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate for its Miami, FL office. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in various employment matters, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation. This role requires excellent writing skills and substantial experience in human resources counseling and training, as well as practice in federal and state courts and before agencies such as the EEOC and DOL. Florida Bar admission is required.

Duties

Requirements
