Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This role offers a unique opportunity to help clients obtain justice and compensation while establishing and growing the firm's presence in a new office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Personal Injury Law litigation.

Duties

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active North Carolina license and in good standing
• At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage a full inventory of pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Results-driven mindset
