Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in complex business litigation, with additional experience in employment or real estate litigation considered advantageous.

Duties

  • Handle complex business litigation cases.
  • Assist in employment and real estate litigation matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of litigation experience.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.

  • Clerkship experience is desirable.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.
