A law firm seeks a mid-level Insurance Regulatory and Transactional Associate in Irvine, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, focusing on insurance regulatory matters and transactions.

Duties

  • Support title insurance practice in regulatory due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Handle state insurance department examinations, applications, and licensing matters.
  • Advise clients on transactional and regulatory matters in the settlement services industry.
  • Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance regulatory matters, real estate transactions, or financial services regulation.
  • Industry experience in title insurance, escrow operations, or settlement services preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
