A law firm seeks a talented mid-level associate attorney to join its plaintiffs' litigation practice in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Duties

• Manage all phases of litigation, from case development through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current bar admission or eligibility to sit for the bar exam.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, with exposure to multi-plaintiff or complex litigation matters.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Admission to the PA and NJ Bars.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
