Duties

• Support commercial litigation activities, including complex commercial litigation.

Requirements

• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation is a plus.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
