Job Overview:
A boutique law firm is actively seeking a Junior Partner with over seven years of experience in transactional real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, leasing, acquisitions, and related corporate transactions. Location:

  • Atlanta, GA

Duties:

  • Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing

  • Oversee the formation of entities related to real estate development projects

  • Conduct due diligence and draft and negotiate transactional documents

  • Advise clients on real estate financing matters and general corporate transactions

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Engage in business development activities (particularly for junior partner-level candidates)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate and transactional law

  • Proven experience managing complex real estate deals independently

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and manage legal processes from start to finish

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction (to be specified based on location)

Skills:

  • Expertise in commercial leasing, acquisition, and entity formation

  • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

  • Excellent communication, client service, and organizational abilities
