Duties

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in West Virginia.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Empathetic and compassionate while providing aggressive representation.
  • Experience with motion practice and depositions.
  • Experience representing clients in mediations.
  • Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Prior experience representing plaintiffs and/or at least three years of litigation experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
