Duties

• Provide legal counsel to K-12 independent day and boarding schools.
• Advise on employment law, student misconduct, and policy development.
• Manage investigations and crisis response efforts.
• Engage in enterprise risk management.
• Collaborate with various levels of management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an attorney.
• Experience with independent schools or similar organizations.
• Strong work ethic and ability to counsel management effectively.
• Admitted to the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar, or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
