Duties

• Handle complex estate planning and wealth transfer matters.
• Utilize advanced planning techniques.
• Conduct gift, estate, income tax, and GST planning.
• Engage in charitable and family business succession planning.
• Prepare estate and gift tax returns.
• Manage complex trust administration and probate matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Illinois and in good standing.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
