The candidate will assist the senior attorney in conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, briefs, memorandum of law, affirmation, and affidavits; participating in settlement discussions, mediation process, or pretrial conference before the court; participating in discovery by assisting with evaluating findings, taking and defending depositions, drafting interrogatories and document requests, and responding to opposing sides discovery requests. Must have NYS Bar license.
