Duties

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases, ensuring timely resolution and efficient use of resources.
• Consult with partners to analyze case outcomes and develop strategies, managing legal documentation and deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and managing concerns.
• Obtain, review, and summarize case materials to maximize client recovery.
• Oversee coordination of benefits and manage client expenses and medical bills.
• Coordinate cases with other attorneys and seek expert counsel as needed.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and seek business development opportunities.
• Provide call duty and client sign-up during evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of Workers Compensation experience required.
• Juris Doctor and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar required.
• Authorized to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.

Certifications

• Juris Doctor and Pennsylvania Bar admission.
