Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Finance Associate Attorney in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asset-based and structured finance transactions, working with issuers, investors, and back leverage providers. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex transactions independently and collaborate with a diverse team.

Duties

• Represent issuers, investors, and back leverage providers in finance transactions.
• Manage warehouse lending facilities, forward flow transactions, and whole loan transfers.
• Handle securitization and securitization-related matters.
• Lead and manage associate teams effectively.
• Engage in client-facing opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in asset-based/structured finance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage transaction components independently.
• Member of the State Bar of New York.
• Strong academic credentials and prior Big Law experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of New York.
