Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims. Duties

• Handle cases independently from start to finish.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Manage discovery and take/defend depositions.
• Coordinate with experts and engage in law and motion practice.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for trials and attend mediations.

Requirements

• 2 - 6+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Experience overseeing law clerks and/or junior associates preferred.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Client-focused mindset and passion for successful outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the State Bar of Nevada is required.
