Duties

• Handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, and motions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of civil litigation defense experience.
• Bar admission in Nevada; California admission is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar of Nevada license.
