Job Overview

A law firm seeks an accomplished real estate attorney in Omaha, NE, with five to ten years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal advice on commercial real estate matters, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Duties

• Provide strategic advice on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Collaborate with developers, investors, lenders, and tenants to meet client objectives.
• Conduct due diligence, including title review and environmental assessments.
• Ensure compliance with real estate, title, and zoning laws.
• Build and manage client relationships to promote business development.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Expertise in real estate transactions, development, and financing.
• Familiarity with land use and zoning compliance.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
