Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of experience in commercial real estate law, providing strategic advice and counsel to clients. Duties

• Provide strategic advice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Collaborate with developers, investors, lenders, and tenants to meet client objectives.
• Conduct due diligence, including title review and environmental assessments.
• Ensure compliance with real estate, title, and zoning laws.
• Build and manage client relationships to foster trust and business development.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska.

Education
