A law firm seeks a Community Association Attorney in Doylestown, PA. The ideal candidate will work closely with community association boards and managers, providing legal support to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners' associations. Duties

• Analyze community association issues and draft legal opinions.
• Maintain client relations and provide prompt, knowledgeable service.
• Interpret and draft amendments to governing documents.
• Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings.
• Conduct case law research.
• Review and modify service contracts.
• Enforce governing documents.

Requirements

• Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong client relations skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar membership.
