Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Community Association Attorney in Doylestown, PA. The ideal candidate will work closely with community association boards and managers, providing legal support to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners' associations. This role requires excellent communication, research, and writing skills.

Duties

  • Analyze community association issues and draft legal opinions.
  • Maintain client relations and provide prompt, knowledgeable service.
  • Interpret and draft amendments to governing documents.
  • Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings.
  • Conduct case law research.
  • Review and modify service contracts.
  • Enforce governing documents.

Requirements
