Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Estate and Trust Practice Attorney to join their team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth transfer strategies, trust and probate administration, and charitable organization advice. This role requires a minimum of five years of legal experience and a commitment to client service excellence.

Duties

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and community-property agreements.
  • Manage trust and probate administration and controversies.
  • Provide advice to charitable organizations.
  • Support business transition and succession planning with tax expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of legal experience in relevant areas.
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar.
  • Knowledge of Washington community property law.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and client service.
  • Experience in at least one of the firm's key industries preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Washington State Bar admission.

Skills

  • Strong client service and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a client portfolio.
