Duties

• Engage in defense litigation.
• Participate in trial preparation, including strategy discussions and discovery.
• Conduct records review, client interviews, and witness preparation.
• Research complex litigation areas.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions.

Requirements
