Attorney with 3-10 years of experience

Santa Ana office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 3-10 years of experience in handling a wide array of civil ligation matters, including consumer law, tort liability, catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death, and civil rights. The candidate will handle cases from inception through resolution and/or trial. Meet with clients to develop litigation strategies. Analyze cases to advise clients as to possible outcomes. Manage cases through preparing and responding to pleadings, discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending mediation, binding arbitration, and trial preparation. Experience in taking and defending witness and expert depositions is required. Trial preparation and trial experience is a plus. Should ideally have experience in taking and defending witness and expert deposition, court hearings, and mediations.

The candidate must have strong research and writing skills. Should be comfortable working both independently and with other experienced attorneys on complex cases. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
