Job Overview

Duties

• Manage all phases of the deal lifecycle from term sheet through closing.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents such as asset purchase agreements and merger agreements.
• Collaborate with team members on sophisticated and challenging matters.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of corporate transactional experience, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Strong legal research and transactional analysis skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Admission in good standing in the jurisdiction where you plan to practice is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
