Job Title: Lead Trial Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Oversee litigation strategy and execution for the Saint Petersburg office

  • Manage a docket of personal injury cases from inception through trial

  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure thorough case preparation

  • Contribute to the professional development of junior attorneys and staff

  • Uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and client advocacy

  • Actively participate in business development and client relationship initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff’s side in personal injury

  • Demonstrated experience handling cases through all stages of litigation

  • Ability to thrive in a high-responsibility, performance-based role

  • Passion for trial work and delivering results in the courtroom

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing

Certifications:

  • Florida Bar License (active)

Skills:

  • Exceptional oral advocacy and legal writing skills

  • Proven negotiation abilities

  • Leadership and mentoring potential
