Duties

  • Lead investment-based, talent-based, and employment-based immigration cases from strategy through filing.
  • Collaborate within a standardized workflow and meet productivity benchmarks.
  • Ensure timely and compliant filings with USCIS and other relevant bodies.
  • Conduct client interviews and maintain consistent communication.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff in a structured pipeline.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active license in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law, focusing on investment-based, talent-based, and employment-based immigration.
  • Proficiency in USCIS, DOL, and DOS procedures.
  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project/case management tools like Jira.

Education

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

  • Active law license in good standing.
