Duties

• Handle court appearances.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of immigration law experience.
• Admitted in New York and admitted or awaiting admission in New Jersey.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and courts.
• Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
