Duties

• Structure, draft, and negotiate middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions.
• Utilize strong UCC Article 9 experience in daily tasks.
• Engage in syndicated asset-based lending transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Admitted to practice in the respective state.
• Self-motivated and confident team player.
• Outstanding professional and academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong UCC Article 9 experience.
• Experience in syndicated asset-based lending preferred.
