Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in foreclosure and title litigation in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves representing mortgage lender and investor clients, making court appearances, and drafting legal documents.

Duties

  • Manage a caseload of foreclosure matters for mortgage lenders and investors.
  • Appear in court to argue motions for foreclosure, eviction, and title matters.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure quality representation and adherence to directives.
  • Collaborate with support staff on legal document preparation and execution.
  • Analyze loan files, title reports, and other client documents.
  • Draft legal pleadings and correspondence related to foreclosure actions.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree, licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • Minimum one year of motion practice experience.
  • Knowledge of Pennsylvania Mortgage Foreclosure Law.

Education

  • J.D. degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed in Pennsylvania.
